My purchase won't go through. What should I do?

If you experience an issue when trying to make a purchase, please send in a support ticket through the in-game Payment Support button (found in the Profile Menu). Do not edit or delete the account/device information that is automatically generated within the email, we will need that information to verify your account. If you receive an error when trying to make a purchase, please include a screen shot with your ticket. If you were able to successfully make a purchase & received an email receipt but have not received your Diamonds, please provide the Transaction ID# with your ticket.
