I sent a message on Facebook. Why haven't I gotten a response?

While we attempt to check our Facebook messages regularly, Facebook is not one of our support channels. The best place to contact Support for account issues, payment issues or to report a Terms of Use Violation, is to email us through in-game Support Button (by tapping on your avatar, then tapping Support, and then selecting the support category that best fits your issue). This allows our Support staff to see tickets in the order they come in, and to keep track of similar issues. We welcome comments and general kudos on Facebook, but if you need direct assistance, please contact us through the in-game solutions.
