New Titan: Nimbus, the Storm Monk
This Titan uses her mastery of weather to make your whole Titan team better. She calls in clouds and lightning to protect your Titans and attack the enemy!

Special Ability:

  • Normal Ability: Cloud Cover
An active ability that summons a Cloud to protects any allies underneath its cover until it has absorbed a certain amount of damage.
  • Rare Ability: Cloud Companions
A passive ability that provides a Cloud Companion for all Titans that deals extra damage to the defenses that the Titan hits.
  • Epic Ability: Bolt
An active ability that fires a Bolt from each Cloud Companion to a specific location, dealing damage to everything it hits on the way.
  • Legendary Ability: Thunderstruck
A passive ability that gives a chance to stun a defense every time a Cloud Companion hits a target. This includes damage from Bolt.

New Troop: Brawler
Brawlers are a brand new Troop that have powerful gauntlets to harness the electricity from Lightning and Shock Towers.

  • When hit by Lightning or Shock Towers, they deal 100% more damage with their next attack
  • Brawlers are not damaged by Lightning or Shock Towers

New Building: Shock Tower
The Shock Tower electrocutes nearby enemies and sends a pulse of electricity through nearby water that can travel along moats, damaging nearby enemies.

  • Moats must be within 1 square of grass of each other to continue to carry the electric charge
  • The Shock Tower targets both Land and Air units
  • Frozen Moats do not transmit electricity

New Inventory System
A brand new inventory system has been added that let’s you control when you use different items and powerups collected from Quests and Treasure. Now, instead of the item being used immediately after you open the Treasure, it gets added to your inventory where you can activate that item whenever you want!

Completely reworked Treasure System
The Treasure system has seen a pretty major overhaul where many of the lesser prizes were replaced with more powerful ones. Resources have been removed from Treasure and a bunch of new items have been added that work well with the brand new Inventory System to make Treasure more useful and exciting. Treasure rewards have been carefully tweaked so that on average, each Treasure that you open for 85 Diamonds will give you something worth 100 Diamonds.

These new items can be won through Treasure as well as through limited time offers and events:

  • Titan Powerups
    • Allow you to try out a maxed out version of a particular Titan for a battle
    • The Titan level, Skill level, Item level, and Titan rarity are set to the maximum supported by your Titan Tavern level
    • Powerups can be acquired with any new Titan release, won in Treasure, and bought through special offers
  • Mercenaries
    • Gives you extra troops to use into battle
    • Can go above your housing space number, but only 1 Mercenary group can be used in a battle
    • Troop level is based on your current research level for that specific troop type
  • Speedups (Building, Research, Titan Level Up, Titan Skill)
    • Used to shorten the upgrade times
    • If there is a speed-up available, a button will appear next to the related Instant Finish button
  • Treasure Keys
    • Treasure Keys allow you to open a Treasure for free
  • Troop Training Boost
    • Gives a free Barracks Boost that can be used at any time to reduce the time needed to train troops
  • Combat Resource Boost
    • Earn extra Resources when this item is used before a battle.
    • If there is a Combat Resource Boost available, it will show up during troop deployment but only before you begin combat
  • Essence Refill
    • Refills your Essence to your storages maximum when used
  • These items were removed from Treasure:
    • Gold
    • Stone
    • Titanite
    • Diamonds

Daily Quest Changes
Daily Quest Rewards have been changed to give more varied rewards as well as incorporate the new items that were created. Diamonds were removed as a quest reward but the rewards that replaced them have increased significantly in value. All Rewards will have a Diamond value greater than or equal to their previous amount.

Private Empire Messages
Leaders and Elders can now send a private message to all members within their Empire to coordinate War attacks and alert members of other Empire happening! With each message sent, each member will also be sent a push notification to make sure they get the message. To access this feature, Leaders and Elders can go to the “Messages” Tab in the Chat menu.

Titan Markers
An option has been added in the setting menu to turn on Titan Markers that hover above your Titan in Battle, making it easier for them to be spotted when things are getting crazy. Tapping on an active ability will also create a target indicator on that Titan to bring more attention to them.

Diamond Confirmation Button
An option has been added in the settings menu to turn on a Diamond Confirmation button. If this option is turned on, you will be prompted with a pop-up any time you select something that costs Diamonds.

Balancing

Resource Scaling
The amount of Resources that you can raid now scales with your enemy’s Keep level. This means that more resources can show up in matchmaking but the number of resources that can be taken from you as a defender also is potentially higher. The motivation for this change was to further increase the importance of having a strong defense as well as encourage players not to hold on to too many resources at one time. If you’re saving up for a big upgrade, make sure to protect those storages!

Below is a table that shows how the Raidable resources are now affected by Keep Level:

Skills that have flat damage/healing/protection now experience an exponential growth structure. For example, Dawn Blade at level 24 dealt 660 damage and now deals 1791 damage. • Flying Lotus
  • Deadly Blossoms
  • Fatale Fury
    • Additionally, reduced mana cost to 8 + 4 (from 10 + 5)

    • Additionally, reduced mana cost to 8 + 4 (from 10 + 5)
