You can contact support in-game by taking the following steps:
- Launch the Titan Empires app.
- Tap on the ‘Arrow’ on the right side of the screen.
- Tap on the ‘?’.
- Payment problems: Tap on ‘Payment’.
- In-game problems: Tap on ‘Other’ for problems you have encountered that you would like to report or all other issues that you encounter.
- Account Recovery problems: Tap on ‘Account Recovery’ > tap on ‘Lost account’ > tap on ‘email’ for any issues regarding recovering your account.
Any bugs that you experience while playing Titan Empires should be submitted into the Titan Empires Bug Forum, then reported to Support.
Features or changes that you would like to see implemented into the game should be submitted in the Titan Empires Feedback Forum.
