Although we have been super busy with current and future endeavors, we have not forgotten about you. We apologize from the bottom of our backpacks for the delay in support that has occurred.
There is an overwhelming amount of tickets involving lengthy investigations, many involving false claims, accounts that have been deleted/inactive, or automatically-resolved situations. Unfortunately, as we no longer have the resources to get to all issues, we now have to focus our efforts towards the most critical. At this point, there are three major issues that we can actively address:
- Broken Accounts (Can’t Login/Stuck in Locations/Can’t Play)
- Payment Issues (Missing Food/Platinum or Payment Errors)
If you have one of the above issues, please submit a new email with all the needed details and we will work to address them as quickly as possible. However, in an effort to get these critical issues resolved in a reasonable timeline, we are unable to extend support outside the scope of those issues.
We understand that this policy change is unwelcome to many, but we feel it’s the best of the options available to Parallel Kingdom. The game holds a special place in the hearts of everyone here at PerBlue, but due to its lack of growth and funding, we had to discuss the option of shutting the game down. Ultimately, we decided against closing the doors on loyal players and have refocused some efforts towards keeping the servers maintained and prioritizing our support services better despite the costs.
It may not always be noticeable, but Parallel Kingdom means a lot to us here at PerBlue. It isn’t going away anytime soon and it’s our hope we can maintain this awesome world for as long as possible.
