How to Contact Support

We ask that our player's submit their Tickets using the in-app reporting tools found within the application. Please make sure to review the current state of support for Parallel Kingdom: What Are We Currently Supporting In Parallel Kingdom? 

 

After you have read the article above, please launch the game and take the following steps to find the reporting tools:

1. Launch Parallel Kingdom

2. Log into your account

3. Tap on the button that looks like a 'Gear'

  • Tablet: Tap on the button labeled 'Options'
  • Phone: Tap on 'Menu' > Tap on the 'Gear'

4. Tap on 'Contact Support'

5. Choose the button that best resembles your issue

6. Be descriptive in the email that you send to Support
