I didn’t get my Diamonds after completing a free offer (TapJoy)

We are sorry for the inconvenience that this issue has caused you. TapJoy has explained to us that there can be a delay when an Offer is completed.

Unfortunately, we do not have access to any of the Data regarding the completion progress of any of the Offers available from Tapjoy's Offer Wall. Your Diamonds are automatically credited to your account by our server as soon as Tapjoy sends the approval of a completed offer.

As such, you will need to contact Tapjoy directly in regards to this situation, so that they can confirm the progress of your TapJoy Offer.

You can contact Tapjoy by taking the following steps:

  1. Tap on the Earn Diamonds button to get to TapJoy's Offer Wall (you will see all of the available Offers).
  2. On the bottom of the Offer Wall, you should find a link named 'Missing Diamonds?' Tap on that link.
  3. This will take you to a new page where you can submit a support request to Tapjoy regarding your issue.
  4. After submitting your request you will receive an automated response. This is a machine, not a human. It is simply a response to let you know they have received your request.
  5. DO NOT reply to the message that they send you. Replying to this message will push your ticket back further into their queue, resulting in extended wait times.
  6. Hang tight and wait for a human to reply to you. This generally take 5-7 business days, but can be shorter.
